Friday, February 9, 2018 (Friday the 9th):

Gary: Pre check-in at 8:00 AM

Everyone:    Make sure your one free checked bag weighs less than 50 pounds!

                    Carry on bag toiletries - follow 3-1-1 Rule: Less than 3 fl. oz.                     bottles or tubes fitting into 1 1 qt. Zio Lock bag, 1 per person.

Saturday the 10th:

Susan and Grace:    Line up Ubers to get to airport no later than 6:30AM.                                 Flight leaves at 8:00AM.

Gary:    Get everyone checked in. I will have boarding passes on my phone.

Everyone:    Make sure you have your Drivers License when checking in your                     bag.

Everyone:    Try to touch as few things possible. Keep hands washed if you do. 

Susan (Mother):    Supply wipes to wipe down Seat Belts and Tray Tables.

Arrive Bozeman 1:25PM.

Gary and Another Designated Driver:    Pick up Rental Cars. Others to get their                                                                bags off luggage reclaim. Probably                                                                easiest to carry luggage to doors                                                                near rental desks. Assess when arrive.

Everyone:    Assess needs for grocery store run in Bozeman. Rosauers 5 mile                     back track. 3255 Technology Blvd. W. Bozeman, 59718.

                    May need a quick bite to eat before heading up to the resort?

Everyone:    Check-in to Summit. Unlikely we can get our skis Saturday because                     rental closes at 4:30PM - even if we skip grocery and quick bite.

Everyone:    Apre Plane and Dinner unplanned.

Sunday the 11th:

Everyone:    Early breakfast at the Peaks Restaurant in the Summit before                     heading over to the Ski Rental - opens at 8:00AM.

Everyone:    Asses Lunch options, as we will have to do every Ski Day

Everyone:    Apre Ski and Dinner unplanned. Possibility for dinner M.R.                     Hummers? Memories? (No reservations.)

Everyone:    Don't forget your swimsuits for the indoor/outdoor pool. May also                     need for Chico Hot Springs later on in the week. 

Monday the 12th:

Everyone:    Ski Day starting with Breakfast at the Peaks (The Summit                     restaurant) Will wing it the rest of the day.

                    Suggest the 320 Guest Ranch? Memories? (30 min ride from                     Resort.)

Tuesday the 13th:

Everyone:    Quick Breakfast at 6:30AM at The Peaks.

                    Drive to West Yellowstone for Snowmobile Excursion into                     Yellowstone National Park. Three Double Snowmobiles and a                     Private Guide. Lunch included.

                    Long Day. Assess Dinner? Mexican and Brew Pubs at and near Big                     Sky Town Center? Eat in?

Wednesday the 14th:

Everyone:    Ski day. Breakfast and plan for Lunch. Apre Ski and Valentine's Day                     Dinner Extravaganza! Everett's 8800! Dinner is at 6:45PM. Let's try                     to see if we can get up the Ramcharger Lift to the top of Andesite                     Mountain by 5:45PM for a COLD beer and the sunset.

Thursday the 15th:

Everyone: Breakfast at the Peaks:

Gals:Ski Day.

Guys:    Fishing Excursion on the Gallatin River. Check ahead with East Slope              Outdoors. Spencer is the main contact.

Everyone: Apres Ski/Apres Fish - wing it.

Friday the 16th:

Everyone: Ski Day and Winging it for everything else.

Saturday the 17th:

Everyone: Will have to check out of the Summit. We will have to decide whether

to ski, head down to Bozman to browse, head over to Livingston to browse, side trip to Pompey's Pillar, visit to Chico Hot Springs with dinner there... the options are endless. We have rooms a the Holiday Inn Express in Belgrade near the airport for Sunday's departure at 8:00AM.
